Berberine HCL
15 mg · from barberry and related plants
The headline ingredient of the whole category, studied for blood sugar and metabolic markers. It is also the ingredient with real medication interactions.
1% of the studied doseThe label is honest and hides nothing. That is exactly how we could tell the doses are far smaller than the research the marketing leans on.

The short answer
Trimoryn contains real, named ingredients at fully disclosed doses, which is rare in this category. But the amounts are far below the clinical trials the category relies on: berberine is 15 mg where studies use 1,500 mg a day, and glucomannan is 45 mg where satiety research uses about 3,000 mg before meals. Expect mild support, not the transformation the sales video sells.
That is the whole review in one paragraph. What follows is the evidence, ingredient by ingredient, with the numbers side by side so you can check our work instead of trusting our star rating.
We want to be precise about what we did and did not do. We did not buy a bottle and we did not run a lab test. What we did was take the published Supplement Facts panel, confirm it against two independent sources that printed the same numbers, and compare each dose to the human trials that get cited for these ingredients. Every number below is sourced underneath the table.
Nine of the top-ranking Trimoryn pages either skip the doses entirely or list ingredients that are not in the product. Here is the actual panel, against the research.
Not one of the nine highest-ranking Trimoryn reviews publishes this image. One of them writes that the physical label was reviewed for the article and still does not show it. Three of them describe a formula containing green tea extract, garcinia and caffeine, none of which appears anywhere on it.
Read the right-hand column and the review writes itself: Berberine HCL 15 mg. Konjac Extract Fiber 50 mg. Turmeric Extract 15 mg. Those are the numbers the studies are supposed to justify.
One figure genuinely stands out: riboflavin at 25 mg is 1,470% of the daily value, the only ingredient here dosed far above its reference amount.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (the capsule itself), rice flour, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. Rice flour is filler, and the other three are standard manufacturing agents. Nothing hidden, but nothing active either.

| Konjac fiber (90% glucomannan) | 50 mg (45 mg glucomannan) | ~3,000 mg/day before meals2 | 67× less |
| Alpha Lipoic Acid | 25 mg | 600โ1,800 mg/day3 | 24× less |
| Resveratrol extract (20%) | 12 mg (2.4 mg resveratrol) | 150โ500 mg/day4 | 60× less |
| Turmeric extract (95% curcumin) | 15 mg | 500โ2,000 mg/day5 | 33× less |

| Cinnamon bark extract 10:1 | 100 mg (~1 g equivalent) | 1โ6 g/day7 | in range |
| Bifidobacterium breve | 1 billion CFU | 1โ10 billion CFU/day | low end of range |
| Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) | 25 mg | 1.1โ1.3 mg RDA8 | above RDA |
| Mangosteen powder | 100 mg | no established dose | n/a |
| Prickly pear extract 4:1 | 100 mg | no established dose | n/a |
The Trimoryn panel itself was cross-checked against two published ingredient breakdowns that print identical figures: Barchart and In My Bowl. Where a range is shown, it reflects doses used across published trials rather than one study.
Glucomannan does not work by being swallowed. It works by absorbing water and expanding in the stomach before you eat, which is why every trial doses it 15 to 30 minutes before a meal with a full glass of water. Trimoryn is one capsule a day at 45 mg. Even if the amount were right, the timing is not what the research describes.
The cinnamon bark extract at 10:1 concentration works out to roughly a gram equivalent, which lands inside the studied range. And riboflavin at 25 mg comfortably exceeds the RDA. Those are real inclusions at sensible amounts, and the brand deserves credit for printing every number instead of hiding behind a "proprietary blend."
These are the actual plants behind the names on the panel. Seven of the eleven ingredients are botanical extracts. Riboflavin, alpha lipoic acid and the two probiotic strains make up the rest.
15 mg · from barberry and related plants
The headline ingredient of the whole category, studied for blood sugar and metabolic markers. It is also the ingredient with real medication interactions.
1% of the studied dose
50 mg · 90% glucomannan = 45 mg
A water-absorbing fibre from the konjac tuber. It creates fullness by swelling in the stomach, which is why trials give it before meals with a full glass of water.
Underdosed and mistimed
100 mg at 10:1 · โ1 g equivalent
Concentrated ten to one, so the small number on the label represents roughly a gram of bark. Studied for blood sugar response after meals.
Inside the studied range
15 mg · 95% curcumin โ 14 mg
The anti-inflammatory compound in turmeric root. Curcumin is also poorly absorbed on its own, and there is no piperine or phospholipid carrier here to help it.
33× below study doses
12 mg at 20% · 2.4 mg actual
Extracted from Japanese knotweed rather than grapes in almost all supplements. After the 20% standardisation, the real amount delivered is under 3 mg.
60× below study doses
100 mg · whole fruit powder
A tropical fruit rich in xanthones. There is no established effective dose for weight management, so there is no benchmark to measure this against.
No benchmark exists
100 mg at 4:1 · โ400 mg equivalent
Cactus fruit extract, traditionally used for digestion and blood sugar. Like mangosteen, the evidence base is thin enough that no standard dose exists.
No benchmark existsRiboflavin (25 mg) is vitamin B2, well above the 1.1 to 1.3 mg daily requirement and genuinely useful for energy metabolism. Alpha lipoic acid (25 mg) is a compound your body already makes, studied at 600 to 1,800 mg. Bifidobacterium breve and Akkermansia muciniphila are gut bacteria strains at 1 billion CFU each. Akkermansia is the interesting one, and the trial that made it famous used ten times this amount.
Direct answer
No. The Supplement Facts panel lists botanical extracts, riboflavin, alpha lipoic acid and two probiotic strains. Retatrutide is an injectable pharmaceutical compound and appears nowhere on the label. If it did, this would be a prescription drug sold illegally, not a $79 supplement with a checkout page.
This question exists because the sales funnel invokes a "homemade retatrutide protocol" framing. That is a marketing angle borrowed from the popularity of GLP-1 injectables. The capsule in the bottle has no mechanistic relationship to those drugs.
If you arrived here hoping Trimoryn is an oral version of a GLP-1 medication, stop and save your money. It is not, and no capsule sold without a prescription is.
The brand's marketing image claims a GMP certified facility. What is not published anywhere is which facility, which certifying body, or a certificate number. There is no third-party testing document either, despite several review sites asserting one exists.
This does not mean the claim is false. GMP compliance is common and unremarkable in US supplement manufacturing. It means the claim is unverified, and you should treat it as a marketing statement rather than a credential until documentation appears.
While researching this review we found at least three domains presenting themselves as Trimoryn's official site: trimoryn.com, gettrimoryn.com and en-us-trimoryn.com. None of the top-ranking reviews mention this.
Payment is processed by BuyGoods, and the seller of record is SHIPOFFERS, 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011. Whichever domain you land on, confirm that name appears on the checkout page before entering card details. If it does not, you are not on a page connected to this product.
A once-daily capsule marketed as weight management support for women over 40. Thirty capsules per bottle, one month per bottle. The positioning is metabolic support, appetite balance and gut health rather than a stimulant fat burner, and the label backs that up: there is no caffeine, no green tea extract, no garcinia and no BHB salts in it.
That last point matters because three of the highest-ranking Trimoryn reviews on Google list exactly those ingredients. They are describing a different product. One of them still has "brain health" language left in the text from whatever template it was copied out of.
Trimoryn is widely quoted at 4.7 to 4.9 stars. We went looking for where those numbers come from and could not find a source for any of them. One site displays 4.9 in one paragraph and 4.7 in another. Another attributes its score to "discussions on Reddit and other wellness forums" without a single link.
So we went looking for the customers. What we found instead was the same people appearing on different websites.
Exhibit: the same seven "customers" on two competing review sites
dailyhealthsupplement.com · here Alexandra Jackson is credited to TikTok and Faith Kerr to Facebook.
health-supplement-facts.com · here the same Alexandra Jackson is credited to Facebook and Faith Kerr to TikTok.
Seven names out of seven, in the same order, with the same ages and the same cities, on two unrelated websites. The platform credits contradict each other: the person quoted from TikTok on one site is quoted from Facebook on the other. Both pages were read on 31 July 2026 and neither links to a single original post.
Elsewhere you will meet "Melissa R., 47, Texas", "Karen M., Wisconsin" and "Diane R., Arizona". First name, last initial, state. Never a link, never a profile, never a post you can open.
We searched Trustpilot, the Better Business Bureau and Reddit for Trimoryn buyers. There is no Trustpilot page, no BBB profile and no Reddit thread about this product. Zero traceable customers exist as of July 2026.
We would rather show you that the proof does not exist than invent another "Karen M." to fill the space. If real reviews appear later, we will add them here with links you can click.
Our 4.2 is not a customer average. It is our judgement across four things we can actually check, and here is each one with its own number so you can disagree with the specific part rather than the total.
Four criteria, equally weighted. Each scored out of 5.
4.8 + 3.0 + 4.4 + 4.6 = 16.8, divided by four = 4.2, published as 4.2 out of 5. If you only care about whether the label is honest, this is a four-star product. If you care whether the doses do what the studies did, it is closer to one.
Sold online only, direct through the funnel. There is no single-bottle option.
The guarantee runs 60 days from purchase. The 2-bottle package is exactly 60 days of product. Buy six bottles and the window closes with four bottles still sealed, and you would be shipping all of them back at your own cost to get a refund. The cheaper per-bottle price only pays off if you already know the product works for you.
Every review repeats "60-day money-back guarantee" as if it were frictionless. Here are the terms as published:
None of that makes the guarantee bad. It is longer than most. But "money-back" is not the same as "free to try," and on a six-bottle order the return postage alone is a real number.
No. The Supplement Facts panel lists botanical extracts, riboflavin, alpha lipoic acid and two probiotic strains. Retatrutide is an injectable pharmaceutical compound and does not appear anywhere on the label. Any marketing that frames Trimoryn as a homemade retatrutide protocol is describing a positioning angle, not an ingredient.
15 mg per capsule, one capsule per day. The clinical trials most often cited for berberine's metabolic effects used 500 mg three times daily, or 1,500 mg per day. That makes Trimoryn's dose roughly one hundredth of the studied amount.
We found no evidence that it is. The product ships, the seller is identified as SHIPOFFERS in Aurora, Colorado, and the label discloses every dose rather than hiding behind a proprietary blend. Our criticism is about dose size and marketing framing, not about whether the product exists or arrives.
At least three domains present themselves as official: trimoryn.com, gettrimoryn.com and en-us-trimoryn.com. The checkout that processes payment runs through BuyGoods, and the seller of record shown at checkout is SHIPOFFERS. Confirm that name on the payment page before entering card details.
Nothing in the formula is sex-specific. The marketing targets women over 40, but the ingredients are general metabolic and digestive support compounds. The same dose criticism applies regardless of who takes it.
Berberine is the ingredient to raise with a pharmacist. It is documented to affect the CYP450 enzyme pathway and may interact with diabetes medication, blood thinners and some blood pressure drugs. At 15 mg the exposure is small, but anyone on prescription medication should still check before starting. Most reviews just say "consult your doctor" without telling you which ingredient to ask about.
The brand suggests several weeks. Given the dose sizes, We would not expect a clear effect attributable to the supplement itself at any point. If you try it, judge it against the 60-day guarantee window rather than an open-ended wait.
You have 60 days from purchase. You must contact support before shipping anything back, return every bottle whether empty or not, and pay the return shipping yourself. Refunds process 5 to 10 business days after the package is received. The return shipping cost is not refunded.
No. It is sold online only, through its own funnel with BuyGoods handling checkout. It is not stocked in retail pharmacies or on Amazon by the brand.
Trimoryn is a real product with an unusually honest label, and that honesty is what sinks it. Print every dose and anyone can see that berberine at 15 mg and glucomannan at 45 mg are a long way from the trials that make those ingredients interesting. Cinnamon and riboflavin are dosed sensibly, the seller is traceable, and the guarantee is genuine if you accept the return shipping cost.
It is not a scam. It is also not the formula the sales video implies. If you want to try it, buy the 60-day package so the product and the guarantee run out on the same day.
